Pony Bedding

Kids pony bedding is perfect for little girls that love horses. If riding is your daughter's passion then this is a theme that can last for years and grow with her.


Here is a very cute twin comforter set from JoJo Designs in a horse theme. The colors incorporate pink, purple, and yellow which many girls adore. The pattern is an understated patchwork design and there are lots of coordinating accessories to tie everything in.

However it is easy to create your own decor as well. A few worn horseshoes make great wall hangings and picket style bedroom furniture bring the feel the feel of a stable right into the house. If you are really handy - converting a wooden fence panel into a headboard would result in a unique, one of a kind creation that would make your child the envy of all her friends.

If you have a younger kid, well - My Little Pony bedding is always a big hit. It may not hold it's appeal to your daughter for as long as the above bed set but it is adorable none the less. Pictured here is a My Little Pony comforter that little girls are sure to flip over! Matching sheet sets,  and other coordinating accessories are readily available at stores like Target, Walmart, and Amazon. In addition various department stores probably carry this line as well.

This My Little Pony Plush Pillow is just too cute! You can go a little crazy with this theme because there are just so many items available. This is another instance in which I love to decorate rooms with toys and embellished apparel. An MLP playset would easily double as a set of figurines for display.

In my opinion, however, I would use a neutral theme for the rug and wall coverings - because a child will probably only enjoy this theme for a few years before she grows out of it. Another approach could be to mix the My Little Pony items with more traditional pony bedding like the set shown above. This way - even if your daughter's interests change - it would be easy to change the decor of the room without having to change the kids bedding sets.
