Princess Tiana Bedding

Princess Tiana bedding depicts the newest member of the Disney Princesses.


Having covered other nationalities through characters like Jasmine, Mulan, and Princess Pocahontas, Disney was clearly missing a Princess of color. Through their new movie - The Princess and the Frog - they have corrected this omission.

Of course, what now follows is tons of stuff - including bed sets - that features this theme. Because this royal lady is so new - your daughter just may be the first one amongst her friends to sport this pattern in her bedroom - and it is always wonderful to be the first!

With just a quick search, I have found several bed sets, comforters, pillow shams, and sheets available from various retailers. I am partial to Amazon.com because I am an affiliate (there's my disclosure) but many other stores carry this kids line as well.

In my opinion it is always nice to decorate the background of the room in a more universal princess castle bedding theme. This way the look and feel can be easily changed to a different favorite. All the girlish colors in the comforter shown her should be easy incorporate into a child's room.

Of course no such room would be complete without a Princess Tiana doll to play with and several story books as well. Movie posters would make interesting wall hangings that, interestingly, would be just as cool for a teens room as a toddlers.

Like the other kids bed sets that revolve around princesses - there is not much here for boys. And if you are decorating a bedroom for twins or a brother and sister - this would be a hard pattern to implement.
